Answer :

No.  All children aged under one on the day of your pre-booked performance do not pay for this event as they are too young to appreciate it.

Answer :

Adults and children experience the same wonderful event and enjoy the same things, the children also get a small token gift from Father Christmas and the adults receive a gift each too.

Answer:

Yes .  All of the performances by the actors are set in woodland adjacent to Blakemere Village.
The terrain is therefore uneven, it can be muddy or even frozen depending upon the weather.
The remaining activities are located within Blakemere Village itself.

Answer :

You should wrap up nice and warm, layers are always an advantage.
We advise wearing wellies or walking boots and waterproofs depending on the weather forecast. Hats, gloves and scarves are also recommended as you will be standing around in cold weather.

Answer :

This year every paying child will receive a token gift from Father Christmas himself.

Answer :

Yes.  Hardcore pathways have been laid around the majority of the woodland where the theatre performances are, however there are a couple of pathways that are on an incline where you may need assistance depending upon your strength and the age of the child in the buggy.  There are usually helpers on hand to assist, please mention this before the start of your performance so that assistance can be provided.

Answer :

The theatre in the woodland lasts just over an hour, the craft activity with Mrs Claus last 15-20 minutes depending on your child’s age and ability, it is then up to you how long you spend on the skating rink, fair rides and visit to Snowy the Owl. Most people’s experience last around 3 hours and don’t forget afterwards you can enjoy all of the attractions on Blakemere Village too!

Answer :

The show stills goes on!  Unless the weather is a health and safety issue we will not cancel any performances. Just wrap up extra warm and wear waterproof clothing.  There are sails erected in parts of the woodland to provide some sort of shelter but we cannot guarantee that you won’t get wet.  You will be able to dry off as soon as you enter the tipi, where there is an open log fire to get warm again.

Answer :

We will try our best to fit you onto another performance, but cannot guarantee that this will be possible. We therefore advise you to arrive at least 15 minutes early to ensure that you have booked in and are waiting to start on your magical journey.

Answer :

There are a number of performances each day that the event runs. You can choose which time slot suits you and your family best when you book and the start time will be made clear at that point.

Answer :

Unfortunately we do not give refunds for any pre-booked tickets.

Answer :

Unfortunately dogs are not allowed at this event. Some children are frightened of dogs and we would hate it if their day was spoiled. They may also become a distraction from the characters and their performances and of course the dogs themselves may not like some of the event and become scared. We hope you understand.
